How do I receive my sewing patterns after purchase?
All Helen's Closet patterns are digital downloads. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your PDF files, which include instructions and patterns in both Print-at-Home and Copy Shop formats.
Do your patterns include seam allowances?
Yes, all of our patterns include a standard 5/8" (1.5cm) seam allowance unless otherwise noted in the specific pattern instructions.
Can I return a digital pattern?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded the files and made a mistake, please contact our support team.
What sizes are covered in your patterns?
We pride ourselves on inclusivity. Most of our patterns are available in sizes 0-34, which accommodates up to a 60-inch bust and 62-inch hip.
Can I sell garments made from Helen's Closet patterns?
Our patterns are intended for personal use only. The mass production or commercial sale of garments made from these patterns is strictly prohibited without a specific licensing agreement.
How do I print the patterns at home?
Our Print-at-Home files are designed to be printed on both US Letter and A4 paper. Ensure your printer settings are set to 'Actual Size' or '100% Scale' to maintain accurate dimensions.
