Due to the digital nature of our sewing patterns, all PDF downloads are final sale and non-refundable. For physical goods, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided items are in their original, uncut condition.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable mailing service.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
